You can set up your FAQ Bot to behave the way you specify when it can't answer a question.

If it doesn't know the answer it can search your website and provide relevant page snippets in the chat. As an example try to ask me about "international students"

FAQ Bots can also answer with a contact form, or escalate to live chat, depending on how the bot is set up.
