FAQ Bot has a pre-programmed list of common things people say to a bot. This includes greetings (hi/hello/hey etc), conversation closers (eg bye), thanks, "tell me a joke" and more. We call this chit-chat.

You can customise your bot's answers and even provide multiple answer variants, so the user doesn't see the same thing every time.
