Step by step guide

Step one - review

Review the Wizard-generated FAQ and make any edits or exclusions you need.

Step two - download

Download your Wizard-generated FAQ in faqbot.ai format

Step three - upload to FAQ Bot

Log into your FAQ Bot account (or start a free trial if you're new to FAQ Bot).

Navigate to Knowledge > Q&A and click Import.

Select your downloaded file (KB.json) and click ok.

Once the import is complete, you will be able to review your new Q&A, and add tags, follow-up questions, question variants and more, before saving, training and publishing your Q&A.
